Behind Studio K Dixon
Hello, I’m Kavitaa—a blend of English and Danish heritage, shaped by a life spent between the creative pulse of London and the timeless design culture of Copenhagen.
After graduating with distinction in Architectural Interior Design from The Inchbald School of Design in 2016, I embarked on an incredible journey, collaborating with some of the most influential names in the industry. From Christine Rudolph to Honor Riley, former partner of the renowned Ilse Crawford, and esteemed brands like Louise Roe Copenhagen, Gunter & Co, Fiona Barratt, and Cave Interiors, each experience deepened my craft. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to connect with extraordinary architects and visionary landscape artists, each leaving a unique mark on my approach to design.
In 2020, I took a leap of faith and launched Studio K Dixon, a venture that started as an interior design studio and has since evolved into a dynamic creative hub. While interior design remains at its heart, Studio K Dixon now encompasses a vibrant range of services, including social media management, bespoke illustrations, visual identity creation, web development, styling, and more.
Today, I’m honored to work with diverse clients, from DE&I consultancy firms and architectural façade design companies to body and meditation therapists. Each project is a reflection of my belief in the transformative power of design, not just as a profession but as a way of storytelling and creating meaningful connections.
Let’s connect—together, we can bring your vision to life.

“Growing up as an only child, my world was filled with imagination and a home alive with creativity. I was fortunate to attend a truly magical and prestigious school—Hampton Court House—a place where my creative spirit was nurtured and began to truly flourish.
It was during my time there that I met a dear friend whose family profoundly influenced my journey. Her parents, an architect and an interior designer, lived in a round house on the outskirts of London—a home unlike any I had ever seen. It was a masterpiece of design and inspiration.
I was captivated by the organic flow of their space—the elegant curves of the doors, the expansive crittall windows that bathed every corner in light, the sleek stainless-steel kitchen, and the serene palette of muted tones. Even their bespoke pantry held a charm that sparked my imagination. It was a home that felt like a dream, perfectly tailored to the lives they led.
That house planted a seed in me—a deep desire to craft spaces that evoke the same sense of wonder and harmony. Today, I strive to recreate that magic for others, helping bring their visions and dreams to life through design.”
